THIS IS A GRADE 3 ANCHOR BOLT (USED FOR HOLDING A HOUSE TO A CONCRETE SLAB) THIS BOLT IS HOLDING THE TRAILER TONGUE TO THE TRUCK SO IT HAS ROUGHLY 3500 POUNDS GIVE OR TAKE ON IT. WIH NO NUT JUST BENT SO IT DOESNT VIBRATE OUT.:nono:

I have a customer order some 0-rings for a cat. engine the other day, just 20 plain and simple o-rings, guess what, they ship them 20 gaskets. I get a call from my customer who proceeds to tell me to get my head out of my ass. Boy was I pissed.

Yeah, but the idiots at all of the places I've worked has given me a lot of entertainment.
At one restaurant I worked at, an idiot stood on the fryer cover to clean the hood vents. These covers aren't that heavy duty. So, I hear a loud crash and screams. He was up to his knee in fryer oil that was only shut off a few minutes before.

we had a guy in our fab shop tear the tendons in his wrist today. he must of thought, "aww, i'm big and tough...........i'll drill through this 3/8" steel plate with a 1/2" drill bit and no pilot hole.......no problem. " :no:

the drill grabbed and ripped the shit out of his arm, tearing the tendons in his wrist. :eek: now he will be out of work for a while and needs surgery. :yes:
