You know the Pitbulls look kind of funny but everyone I know who has used them has been really happen with them. My buddy Dave has ran them in sand, snow, and rocks on his Early Bronco and they stick really well and haven't chunked at all at low pressures.

I THINK MY TIRE VIEWS HAVE BEEN CLOUDED SINCE I WAS LOANED A SET OF TIRES FOR A CERTAIN WHEEL OFF!!!
I HAVE A BUDDY WITH PITBULLS ON HIS 30/35 AXLED YJ!!!THE FUNNY PART IS THAT HEs GOT THE 37 INCHERS!!!
SOMEONE ASKED ME ABOUT THE MAXXIS,AND I DID TALK TO THOSE GUYS AT THE DONNER COMP.BUT,AFTER WATCHING SEVERAL SAME CHASSIS'ED BUGGYS ON THE SAME OBSTACLE(THE ONLY DIFFERENCE BEING THE TIRES)IM NOT SURE THE MAXXIS ARE QUITE THERE!!!

My only complaint with the Maxxis is that they are HEAVY. There was a guy at the Dakota Territory Challenge with 39.5 IROKs on his Jeep and 40" Creepy Crawlers on his wife's Jeep and he said that the Maxxis tires weigh 35 pounds more EACH. That is a lot of additional weight.

As for your buddy with the YJ... tires are the least of his problems. :help:

Congrats...now that the wallet is a little lighter, did you save enough for your steering pump??? Gonna have to go back to moonrocks to avenge the last trip out there....and if you showed Lisa your man boobs I am sure that drove the price up.....oops I mean down!
