UPDATE:

WE HAD A PROBLEM WITH OUR HOST,THEY FIXED IT!!!!BUT,WE ARE STILL HAVING ISSUES WITH THE EMAIL!!!TRYING TO WORK WITH THE HOST TO GET THEM STRAIGHTENED OUT!!!

THE EMAIL HAS BEEN FIXED!!!!EVEN WITHOUT HELP FROM A FORMER ADMIN OF THIS SITE!!!

EMAIL IS DOWN AGAIN!!!I HAVE MANUALLY REGISTERED ALL NEW USERS SO THEY CAN NOW LOG IN!!!!
