Had a good weekend!!

[Sierra Valley]

Sat morning wixjp and I originally planned to make the Steve's Loop run however we decided to stay locally and go explore some new areas. We started off with a morning road hunt for Chuckar cause we were too lazy to get out in the cold and chase birds all morning. Then we headed up to Frenchmans Lake to do some exploring. With no real 4wheeling around there we headed back over to Loyalton for some wheelin. Got home around 4pm and was a good day with no breakage.

This is a new canyon that we found and we tried a short section but was a bit icy and Wix couldnt keep his driver side tire down.

For sunday my weekend just got better. I called B2krawler sat afternoon after wheelin and asked if we were working on my heep. He said that we were going snowmobiling instead, I had no problems with that. So we met at little truckee summit 10am on sunday and headed up towards independence lake. I was riding a sweet little 500, our buddy had the 600 and B2krawler brought the bling summit 1000!!! We rode for over 30 miles and found the snow to be really good up around 8,000 to 9,000 feet.

I got some pics of that canyon, will post them tonight. Could be pretty challenging for rigs with less than 35's, but deffintley need lockers. Looks like it was an old logging skid that has been washed out.
