:frown: Looks like an awesome time. I ran into a lot of litle snags on the final stages of the jeep and didnt want to force the issue. Guy lowered the radiator to match the body lift and I did notice till I was about half way between fernley and pyhramid.....and the jeep jumped to about 220.....then it started running like crap and finally figured out that when I took of the body lift one of the fuel lines was getting pinched...Thats why I hate body lifts!!!I got everything dialed in now. So ill be out there today. Maybe not as many rigsto watch:frown: but I still wanna test the flex and see if I wasted the last three weeks of my life...as faor Sierra Valley yeah he might be holed up in a nath house somewhere.....

I figured I didnt want to be lock rockape and be a poser all day out there. So I actually went and wheeled my shit. Hit up bud canyon with 3 other rigs. Made all obstacles on my own. First waterfall is now completely different since some assholes threw a huge boulder in the way.

I guess that I should have been more complete with my posting. I was taking a DEAD tree to my camp which I was able to burn completely. The BLM lady that I talked to thanked me for being so understanding and I had a very good conversation with her. Her comments were that it is acceptable to break up the dead tree and throw the branches in your truck, take them to camp and burn them in a fire pit in a moderate fire. Her concern was not of taking the dead trees, but rather that the trees might catch some green vegetation along the way. She was not angry and did not mention that there was any law being broken.
I have been going to moonrocks for about 7 years and have been a part of almost EVERY clean-up excluding the last. I also EVERY TIME I GO THERE pick up trash along the way. I used to live in antelope valley and went to Moonrocks almost every weekend. I left with over five bags of trash and only two were mine.

Everyone on this board seems to just linger and wait for a comment or story that gives them the opportunity to jump on someones case without being responsible enough to just ask the person that was in question what was going on.

It was a dead tree that happens to be extremely flamable in its dead state. I could have put the tree on top of my jeep and there would have been NO ISSUE from the representative from BLM. Sounds like I missed out at moonrocks I went to Deer valley instead ran the trail both ways.

It worked pretty good. Al ittle stiff so Iwill be keeping an eye out for some softer springs for the front. The rear is the exact opposite it flexs real good, I need to get longer shocks and relocate them out away from the springs more as one took a pretty good hit!

They open the gates up on friday. There wasn't as much snow this year. There was about a half a dozon or so snow driffs, The water crossings were not deep. I say one thing about being one of the frist groups in this year NO Rocks stacked which made it a fun Trail. No dust...
I went in on Blue lake side went threw & doubled back.

I didn't make it to Slick Rock rd.
