02 Superduty Front HP D60, hubs out, rotor's off. ARB + 5.38 gear install + hubs install, no gear install kit.
03 Superduty 10.25/10.5" Sterling rear, complete. ARB + 5.38 gear install, no gear install kit.

Axles out of the rig. He quoted me just voer $1200 for the 14 bolt rearend, and he was saying about $450 in parts, 80 in seals for the front axle and I'm guessing the rest would be in shims and bearings and oil....?

I can get my own master install kits for about $300 so if he's charging me more I'll just order them up since I still have to order an ARB and R&P. I waited all weekend to find out if I need to order those kits up or not.

I'll plan on buying the install kits so that he can't mark them up any more, and then hit up totally off-road to get the ARB R&P and kits ordered up. I think $70 a set is a good price at the moment. You give me the dimensions, I'll cut it for you. Pick your text/wordage/logos???

Lessons learned the first time around, make the letters a little smaller, and 15" wheel = 16" OD ring. The more metal the better, less the rocks will fuck up.

I'll work on some prototype 17's tommorrow with Low Budget PIMPIN (OR PIMPING!?!?) I kinda like the Hang'n and Four Bang'n one though :)

Blue, the outer lip that they always attach the weigths to is basically where they sit right inside and you weld. The rock ring keeps that lip from getting peeled back, or in, basically strengthening that edge that is constantly being thrashed on a rock.

I'm not sure if your fakey beadlocks would work, you might wanna look for a set of old used and abused steelies that you could use.

here is a different design with skinnier lettering. I kept the text at a slight angle rather then going with the blocky skinny letters to try and keep the old look. Also added some space in there, these look planer though :(

gee, if you look into the reflection in the first picture, thats the front of my wifes truck. boy, these pictures show me just how bad the welds still look. gona hafta get me some bondo. i sure wish ida cleaned my new basement better.
