Does anyone know how to tell the exact production date for a Ford f250 sd. the tags says 12/98 but I need to know if it was on or before 12/6/98 or on or after 12/7/98?

MAYBE THE DEALER CAN GET IT FROM THE VIN???THATS A STRANGE NEED,I WORKED ON A TON(AND STILL DO)OF THAT BODYSTYLE SDs WHEN I WORKED FOR GRANITE....AND NEVER HAD ANY OF THE PARTS TARDS ASK THAT ONE!!!!

it's for a programer chip. There are two different part numbers for the before or after dates.

Thanks for your help. I called Ford and they ran the vin and gave me the date.
