THATS COOL I STARTED MY VERY FIRST CRAWLER PROJECT WITH LESS JEEP PARTS THAN THAT!!!IT TOO WAS A CJ5,GOT IT FOR FREE!!!!BOUGHT A WAGONEER FOR $100 WITH A GOOD 401 IN IT,GOT A TRANS AND T-CASE FROM PICK N PULL $120(th400, model 20 t-case)GOT A 8 LUG REAR DANA 60 FROM PICK N PULL AS WELL AS A CHEVY TRUCK DANA 44 FRONT.rEAR COIL SPRINGS FROM A FORD AEROSTAR VAN,FRONT WAGGY LEAFS.....AND BUILT THIS!!!

THE REAR AXLE ENDS UP BEING ALMOST LEVEL WITH THE BACK OF THE FRAME CLOSE TO A 16-18 INCH STRETCH,PLUS IF YA FLIP THE WAGGY FRONT LEAFS YOU GET A FEW MORE INCHES THERE TOO.SINCE MY CJ5 WENT TO VEGAS NEVER TO BE SEEN AGAIN I CANT REMEMBER ITS TOTAL WHEELBASE BUT I THINK IT WAS 101-103 INCHES ON 38 INCH TSLs!!!
