That pile was cursed from the day I got it. Towing it home over the pass some chick plowed into my truck. Finally finish it and ......well......I finish it!

I still like to be able to drive to and from the trail if I want. So buggy's out. Plus, the Zeej's body is 100% done. I'm fairly certain the unibody is tweaked. I think it would be about even in the time and $$ dept. between all the replacement crap I'd have to buy. I figger find a beat up yj, cage it, add axles, wheel, repeat.......
At one point I was thinking of taking my old 86 power ram and making that my trail rig.....still not completley done with that idea. It's a rig I don't have to pay for........:Big Grin:

In my defense, I had never done the trail before and had I seen the "bypass" beforehand....ah....nevermind...I'm an idiot and I'm O.K. with that for now. Boy, stupidity sure stings for a while......

you do have a point there....maybe the good DR. will add you to the hardcore list!!! I have seen many a rig almost roll at that same spot....the bypass is better going up than down! But with your rig you wouldnt have had any problem just going on the trail!!!!!! Bet thats what makes it sting the worst is you never should have been on the bypass!!!!:wink::Big Grin:
