It's supposed to be a non-spectator event? I have a full truck anyhow.Derek,Mikey,Woody,Myself,Roxy(110 pound rotty),and Clyde(St. Bernard puppy HUGE)4 motorcycles,two spare tires,the buggy,6fuel jugs,etc.etc.etc.There will be a ton of ways to follow the race.I heard desert newz will be tagging all the race vehicles and you will be able to get updates immediately.We are team #22 and Tom is team #321

X2 WE WANNA CARNAGE REPORT!!!I HEARD DERIK BROKE A RING AND PINION...BUT WHAT ABOUT TOM???

SO SORRY ! We just got home and were having issues with our wireless setup.Yes Derek broke at the bottom of wrecking ball.He Sheared the pinion shaft off of a dana 70U.He was however the 11th person to go through checkpoint 8.That means if he started 31st he passed 20 cars before he broke.PRETTY IMPRESIVE ! Tom was like the 8th person through checkpoint 8 that means he passed 7 people as he started 15th.These T Fab guys were fast.Tom had catastrophic alternator failure,but was not taken out of the race thanks to the 5 people that were willing to give Tom a battery along the way to the finish line.Tom finished 23rd out of 26 that finished:eek:
It was crazy to be there and watch so many Rigs come back so quickly.RJ Brown left the line and then I saw his rig being towed back instantly.Then jody everding came in with a blown motor.Bart Dixon broke something.....the list goes on 43 rigs started and 25 or 26 finished.So all in all it was an awesome race we can't wait til next year.
We'd like to thank TORCHMATE , TEAM TUBE , and PRP for being there to help us make this race possible.

FROM WHAT I COULD HEAR ON THE PIRATE RADIO FEED IT WAS HELL ON EVERYONE!!!HAD SHAANON NOT FOUND SOMEONE TO GIVE HIM THEIR WHEEL/TIRE THAT RACE MIGHT HAVE BEEN A WHOLE NOTHER STORY!!!
