Its not the gauge as the oil isnt making it to the gauge. Pulled the line at the block and started it up and it spewed oil out. So maybe the line is blocked. Will look at tomorrow. Plus Im too busy trying to get my friends rigs ready to get to the hammers in 3 weeks. Be out working on them again this weekend.

In the XJ, I gotta test out these new tires and see how they do on the rocks! Also as kind of a break in run for the springs, and see how tall 3:55's are on 33" tires! I tried to get Rockape to get me some Lincoln Lockers by Saturday but it wasn't gonna happen! Maybe next week :rolleyes:

I call them about every 10 days and they always answer or return calls. I would think you should call your customer to verify parts have arived when you say they should. Not vice-versa. Anyway I've been gettin very frustrated with this whole deal. Made some phone calls today got more angry, called shaffers. Mike wasnt there. Left a message that I wasnt too happy. Half hour later Mike called me from his cell phone (not from mexico connect). He says Ill have my parts by next week and was very apologetic (sp?), but i've heard that. So time will tell.

Fawk, I crawled under the jeep today and man its a mess.:frown: I have just beaten the piss out of it lately. Its pretty much done until it gets tore down which will hopefully be next month. The buggy build is almost done at b2's so mine will be headed in. Have pretty much everything I need but shocks, rims and tires.

Fawk, I crawled under the jeep today and man its a mess.:frown: I have just beaten the piss out of it lately. Its pretty much done until it gets tore down which will hopefully be next month. The buggy build is almost done at b2's so mine will be headed in. Have pretty much everything I need but shocks, rims and tires.

Maybe I will show up with a few beers and guns in the Ranger:eek:

Well Im missing a body mount all together, my steering stabalizer is fawked, I have a slow leak in the rear, my driver side frame has a 3" long crack. My rear cross member is toast.

And I will be honing my driving skills down in Johson Valley in about 3 weeks in my buddys rigs.

I may show, I may not. Have to head up to Sugar Bowl in the afternoon to spread my buddys ashes that was murdered last halloween:frown:

Didnt get to do a lot of wheeling but for the fact i havent drvien the jeep in six months i was happy. Need to cut some more sheetmetal in the rears and get real beadlocks so I can run negative air like Jeeper!!!Only way boggers will flex. Rockapes single seater is cool and Denny defianitly took the close call of the day award...and he didnt even know...lol. Look forward to more runs!

Yeah I was happy with the jeep. the bad connection is easy to fix. Single seater did a nice job and Jeeper congrats you did some good lines....and Dnmeister like the new rig and the fact you did that line....still think your picking seat cushion from your butt! But you probably dont know how close it was...and Rockape never seen you backpeddle so fast....:eek: but I guess when a rig coming at you hmmm you can do magical things....nice to meet everyone out thereand nice to meet you renohiltongambler...and you can paint my cage whenever you want cause yours looks good.....but I think now your gonna have to start upgrading the exterior....lift, gears, lockers.....lol Once you start you never stop!!!!

To me it felt like I was way left, but I guess I was more to the right than I wanted to be. The left drops off so quick that I didn't feel like crawling it so I just let off the brakes, it is definitely a little intimidating heading down that rock face.
