YEARLY WHEEL BEARING INSPECTION

Here it comes once a year i pull the front end apart on yota mae and re pack the bearings due to all the water crossings i do through out the year! here is a pic of it now i will be back in about 30-45min with the results on the first side:smile:

NICE MAINT. TECH......I BET ALOT OF GUYS DONT DO THIS AS OFTEN AS THEY NEED TO!!!!

ARE YA GONNA SHOW HOW TO ACTUALLY PACK THE BEARING BY HAND???SET THE WHEEL BEARING PRE-LOAD???

I MAY SEEM EASY, BUT TO SOMEONE WHO HASNT DONE IT,IT MIGHT GET THEM OUT DOING SOME PRE-SUMMER PROJECTS ON THEIR RIG!!!

I guess i could have but the job is done now:Big Grin: next year for sure! I do the bearings every year because the truck hits the trail (mucho water crossings) and then sits and the water eats them alive. I think the next time i will do them at the end of the season so it doesnt sit for 3 months with water in there. there will be alot more simple tech i will post up in the next couple weeks:wink:
