Heres some pics of drive over fenders for ya. That way when someone borrows your trailer they dont bend the fenders. :Big Grin:
I bent these up with .120 DOM and some .120 plate. The frame tie ins are 3x3 .250 wall. I drove a 5000lbs jeep over them and they dont move at all.

Looks like it will do the job.
Just wondering why you didnt do a inner splash shield?

Spare tire mount
I cut off an old axle and mounted it to the trailer, so you have a spare tire, hub, brakes, and bearings.

Its for a customers JEEP, The inner spash wouldnt make a difference on this setup. I also did a spring over to give him some clearance getting to to trail.

I'm thinking I'm going to have to do that to my trailer. Used to rub the fenders, but now my front axle is going to be 5" wider.
Looks good.

Nice. I couple of pics of drive over fenders I ahave done. Crappy photos thoughhttp://i147.photobucket.com/albums/r305/mikebaggerman/0406081306a.jpg
My gooseneck (for sale right now) 6" channel mainframe with 2x3 .120 ext. off offthe frame and as wheel wells. I then covered every thing in 16ga. came out well.
Second one is my mini trailer I just sold. 4" drop axles 14'x 98" . Towed way bitchin. Just too short. I liked it though with the drop axles. http://i147.photobucket.com/albums/r305/mikebaggerman/Picture042.jpg
I dont have a pic of my new trailer. All I did though is run a piece of 13/4" .120 with two 50* bends, and outlined the stock wheel wells. They are holding up good to the 47's at 1 psi. Even though the tires hit the fenders the bars take all of the weight. We have done this now on 7 or 8 trailers.

You been talking to L.D.?
Looks good and L.D. you really should do that to your trailer. lol :Big Grin:
If and when I ever get my trialer back I think Ill have to do that...my trailer is too narrow so I have no choice but to drive over the fenders...i originally had them setup so I could remove them but that got old real quick!
