Tough question....everybody knows what they want personally.

I would love give away prices, always in stock, open seven days a week until 10pm.......:gapteeth: oh and can ya extend me some credit???:Big Grin:

An all around shop to me would be cool.....something for everyone. Can build a custom buggy or bracket to bolt awn sliders.Once a month runs with a sign up sheet so you dont get over-welmed with 30 rigs.

I think keeping things in stock and keeping up with internet prices is gonna be awful tough since alot of "net" 4wd parts sales are home based businesses and the overhead is none since they just have the parts drop shipped....

x2 hard to compete with internet when you dont stock the parts and you want more $$ for them. Ive bought many parts where locally they wanted xx dollars and didnt have it in stock. Then I get home order it from home save money and get it in 2 days...And I tried that "buy local to support the local guy"...ask me how that worked out...

Bolt-on stainless accessories. LOTS of bolt-on stainless accessories. You may look at becoming a dealer for Steel Horse. That and bumper stickers with catcy phrases like "Roll me over if you can read this", and " You can follow me, but its gonna hurt!" Those are always a hot seller.
