I SPENT CLOSE TO FOUR HOURS TODAY CLEANING UP MY SHOP AT HOME AND STILL NEED TO SPEND AT LEAST THAT MUCH MORE TO GET IT IN TIP TOP SHAPE AND READY FOR MY "LO-BUDGET PIMPIN TO THE THIRD POWER" CHASSIS BUILDS THAT WILL BE STARTING POSSIBLY AS CLOSE AS THIS WEEKEND.
I HAVE LARGE STEEL RACKS BEHIND MY ROW OF CARS IN MY SHOP...ANYBODY HAVE SOME GOOD IDEAS TO GET MAX USE-AGE OF THAT SPACE???
I AM A PACK RAT FOR SURE AND THAT DOESNT HELP.....:frown:
ANY TIPS OF HOW TO KEEP STUFF ORGANIZED AND EASY TO FIND ARE WELCOME......IF YOUR SOLUTION IS "GET LESS STUFF" THEN THATS NOT GONNA WORK....I LIKE STUFF!!!!:gapteeth:

Clear Plastic Rubbermaid storage tubs from Walmart, cheap, easy, stackable. Get a lot of different sizes for parts, tools, old Penthouse issues, and cleaning rags.
We can make my garage the first run, free Natural Ice & Little Ceasars Pizza!!
Connect can vouch for the need, he has seen my neighborhood horror shop.

It's hard to say, I think in your shop the only place to go is up! At which point you'd need a forklift to remove material off your steel racks :P
At that point you may be thinking of adding a lean-to to the side of your shop for storage.

I HAVE THE ROOM FRONT AND REAR TO DO IT BUT IF I ADD A LEAN-TO I PLAN TO ADD A 25X40 PAD INFRONT OF THE SHOP SO I CAN JUST ENCLOSE IT TO STORE NICE STUFF AND ADD ROLL UP DOORS AT THE SAME TIME!!!!
I JUST NEED LESS STUFF!!!!

I also have some of the big pallet shelves from twin city, they take up lots of room but you can fit lots of crap on them. For heavy junk I use old milk/egg crates the rubber maid containers cant take the weight. The best thing to do is utilize all the air space up high.

The Blingest of the bling Bling ones too. From Exaxt, f350 dual piston calipers. Ya and there weren't like that when I bought them. I paid more for the brakes than I did for both the front and rear axles twice over. Pretty much a bolt on conv. But ive checked out the other ones that cut the hub and weld on a flage and didnt like em... this one seems bullet proof.
