Your response to this is what give the people you apose the most juice against us. I know your efforts seem to be in good concience but you are the one doing the damage on this issue.

Here is what I mean:

The pic can be taken any way the viewer sees it.

However when they can then say "See even the Grand PooBah of the FOF and moderator of the Fordyce forum on the worlds largetst off-road site even says its damaging" That is the blow to your effort.

What you should have said, and most of the land use represenatives need to say more is: "Way to go on using a natural source that will be gone in a week instead of marker, paint or scratching it! This is why we are the responsable users of Fordyce and deserve to stay!"

But you didn't you chose to single out members of our comunity as criminals

Being a good steward goesnt always mean treading carefuly sometime you need to call the anit's ignorace and intollerance on the floor and say it how it is.

I was impressed when we were up there a couple of weeks ago. Th etrail was the cleanest I've ever seen it. We barely filled one trash bag between all three rigs. Usually each rig has at leat one full bag. The camp by the pooldidn't have anything except some trash in the fire ring. What kind of ass hat still thinks it's okay to burn bottles and cans in a fire ring?
