so after finally being able to use my newish iroks...i can say i like them.good traction, strong, good size(42/14/16) after a few hours of use they are already showing alot of signs of treadwear(i guess cause they are bias ply) i would like to get them back to nevada rock to test them out too.. so far only moab slickrock, sand, and more slickrock.:cool:

work great on rocks but my iroks are wearing quickly, to much pavement and high speed dirt roads, plus I have the 39.5, which sidewall is way too soft, likes to roll the inner bead at 10 psi and lose air, seems to be just the 39.5 that do this

i have noticed alot of wear too..(but doesnt that mean they are working??)

so far i have been running 5psi all around and decent sidewall strength and traction.

Just got my set of 39.5's and my first use was on Rubicon last weekend. I got them and mounted them up on Thursday and was on the Rubicon on Friday. They measure to a full 39 and a half inches without the rim mounted. I was very surprised by that. All the other tires I've seen were always an inch or two smaller.

I ran 4PSI on my 2000# buggy the whole weekend. They didn't show any bulging setting flat but they did wrap rocks when I was driving over them. They held air the whole time with my beat up rims. I don't have bead locks yet.

We drove down Cadillac Hill and to Buck Island Lake, then back to Tahoe. The tires did great. I love the clearance I get with a full 39.5" compared to my 37's that really measured to 35". I didn't hit diff at all the whole weekend. They stuck pretty well at Buck on the slabs. I did have to bump it a few times on some of the ledges to get traction, but I think it's because they are brand new and not broke in yet.

All in all I'm very happy with them. The price was not too bad either. $1400 for four from 4 Wheel Parts (delivered).
