The event will be held in browns valley CA(about 15 miles outside of marysville).

Any one planning on going to watch???

Im pretty sure TFAB will be there.......(they are fun to watch.....throttle driving style always is!!!!)

I think most of the torchmate crew(Bill K with spotter Mike S),Jesse???,DSI???

I will be there with my spotter Roboticon(AKA "the mad rock stacker"...:cool:)in my cute little jeep liberty......:thbling: We will be trying out our new Brittany Spears headsets
(instead of yelling at each other....)

Should be a fun event......(look for the videos of my wifes sideline comments!!!!:Big Grin: )

Bill and Mike are going for sure (hell they are tied for first!) but I think Jesse and Dave are not going to go.

I'm contemplating going, but at the same time it's a lot of gas!

MY DAD IS ACTUALLY COMING UP FOR THIS EVENT, SO I'LL BE THERE MEETING HIM THERE...THAT IS UNLESS MY CAR RUNS OUT OF FREON, THEN I'LL HAVE TO STAY HOME...:rolleyes::sure:

How was the event? The scores look a little better than the last couple events. Only 8 guys in the class though? Funny, there were less and less competitors at each event. Wonder why?

Did Lil' Rich show off his incredible rockcrawling skills?

The courses were a lot more driver friendly. Not easy, just not as stupid as Coloma.

We managed to finished half of the courses this weekend, and made progression points on the one's we didn't finish.

I didn't see Rockape or 4x4 babe on Sunday when me and Dave went down.

Bill and Mike got 2nd at the event behind Willis, who had an awesome weekend btw, and Mello got 3rd. Those aren't official, just what the rumors were based on fly by the wire math of the 2nd days scores!

So Bill probably took the series in 36-40 buggy! Not bad for a Rookie driver :wink:

IT WAS A FUN WEEKEND......WE DIDNT BREAK ANYTHING AND THE ADDED STEERING AS WELL AS SPENDING A LITTLE TIME PLAYING WITH THE FRONT DIG(ON THE LAST COARSE ON SATURDAY....:rolleyes:)PLAYED BIG FOR US.

STILL LOOKS LIKE WE WENT AHEAD AND FINISHED UP IN LAST PLACE!!!!BUT TOOK FIFTH OVERALL IN THE SERIES!!!!

IN THE OFF TIME WE WILL HAVE I NEED TO PUT HIGH STEER ON MY BUGGY AS THE NEW RAM AND TIE ROD TOOK A SERIOUS BEATING....ILL PUT SOME NEW LINKS ON IT AND POSSIBLY MOVE THE LOWER LINK MOUNTS SINCE THEY KEEP HANGING US UP......

IF I DO THAT ILL JUST BUY A CHASSIS AND TRANSFER MY COMPONETS.....I GOT THE TOY I WANNA BUILD AS MY ULTIMATE TRAIL RIG...AND FINISH THESE THREE CHASSIS......GREEN JEEP DANA 60 INSTALL.....AND A 50 NASH 2 DOOR PRO-STREET WAGON....51 CHEVY 5 WINDOW TRUCK ON BAGS.....69 AND 70 EL CAMINOS....70 CHEVELLE....AND ON AND ON!!!!

COMP CRAWLING IS ALOT OF FUN BUT I DONT WANNA COMMIT TO NEEDING A 50-100K RIG TO DO IT!!!!!PLUS TRAVELING ALL OVER AND SPENDING $1500+ FOR ONE COMP IN FOOD,GAS,AND ALL THAT GOOD STUFF....IS FOR RICHER NIGS THAN ME!!!!:cool:
