Family Crests

So, just out of boredom, I decided to research my surname to see where the actual origins of it are from. I thought it derived in Mexico - Michuacan specifically - but it actually came from Spain in the Basque region. Then it gave me my family crest which is kind of cool...

My Ancestors are Mainly English/Scottish, on both sides, my Mom's Mom is Irish,English & German. Her Father is the first born here, his father immigrated from Edinburogh, Scotland.Under that surname it would be Houston.

My Father's Dad is English and was a Cooper back in the depression, and raised 11 kids on a coopers wage. His mom was Scottish, both had the same last name :eek: But no relation (Thank God!!) So how the Fawk did I get such a fawked up name ??? easy, my Mom's oldest sister Married a habib dude and he became my uncle, and I got named after him :rolleyes: OH YEA !!!

My wife is Spanish Basque, and my MIL and FIL are both from the old country. My MIL is re married but her new husband is also from the old country, they are from Gernika,Spain (N.W. Spain) My wifes Maiden name is Basterrechea.
