One good thing about all the foreclosures is mass estates sales! Ive scored some pretty good shit lately. Basically bought some guys shop recently. His drill press, band saw, 4" belt sander, paint guns, soder gun, extention cords and some other shit. He wanted almost 500. I offered $230 and he took it right away :Big Grin: Another estate sale a guy wanted $1000 for a 90cc polaris sportsman quad. I offered $500...SOLD. My kid has a pretty cool quad now. Was pretty crazy what these people were doing, basically if you could get it off the house it was for sale...The bank that goes into that house is gonna be pissed...

the house next to me is empty- poor fools that could not make the payments they agreed upon when they signed the contract. they stripped out the cabinets, dug up all the trees, landscaping, etc, removed all the floor trim, yanked up 1/2 the new carpet, and basically jacked the place. took all appliances and of all things, closet doors.

but like wix said, if u saved ur $$ there are some smoking deals out there to snap up.

the mexican family went adios. he is the guy that used to let his diesel truck idle for hours and hours just to 'warm it up' so he could drive to work on glendale. he'd go out at like 3:30 or 4 am, not leaving until like 6:30... talk about waste and pollution. So the mexicanos are gone-- the wife got popped for domestic-- chasing the dad around the yard w/ a butcher knife. she hacked up t he inside dry wall good also. so it's not always the guy that gets arrested. so they split, got a divorce and let the house go to the wolves. the remaining neighbors on the cul-de-sac are glad-- good riddance. now the whole street is blanco!
