View Full Version : Hey back again. This time with a new rig.

over the last few months ran in to some money problems and had to give up my Rubicon. well things are better now and really excited to re introduce my self and my new rig...


1983 CJ7 with 258 with mopar fuel injection.

Dana 300 twin sticked.

It has an AGR stage 2 power steering box and pump. Steering is made out of 1 inch DOM tubeing.

Suspension: superlift 1 inch front yj springs, rancho 9000 at both ends, and Poison spyder full width kit.

Has Poison Spyder rocker guards with the added bar/step, all new daystar poly body bushings, tranny mount, and motor mounts.

Front Axle: Dana 44 with ARB, 5.38 gears, chromoly inner and outer shafts, warn hubs, CTM ujoint, BTF steering arms, 15 inch rotors, and 4 piston chevy calipers.

Rear Axle: Dana 60 with Detroit, 5,38 gears, 15 inch rotors, and 2 piston chevy calipers.

I thought we set it up so you could post a few pics before becoming a paid member...or have you already meet that quoata??? ANd as far as the button for a subscription look under usercp..its on the left down towards the bottom.

the Boggers and H1 wheels stayed with the owner. Im looking to get some 37s and possibly some H2 wheels.

I still have a few things yet to do. I need to get a CV rear drive line, replace the crappy t-5, and fix a leaky seal in the D-300. after that will be testing it out at P-hill.:gapteeth:

The CJ is looking sharp man! Are those 37's and what tires are they? Are you going to cut off that boner bar in the middle? Dont think it would do much in a roll over for ya since its not tied into a radiator hoop or anything else.

they are 38.5-15-16.5 Gumbo mudders. Yes the boner it pointless at this point, but going to leave it for now just for looks. I should have a custom bumper by the first Rubicon trip.

Not yet. I have some sort of stalling issue. I think it may be fuel related. It starts right up, but will stall after about 10-30 seconds, or immediately after some gas pedal.
