so we are thinking about heading out to do the con late saturday and coming back sun. If anyone wants to tag along if we end up doing it that would be cool, but i also have some questions, whtas the rules on camping on the trail, and how do you purchase a spot at the springs?

You're not supposed to be more that 25' from the trail but there are several spots that you can tell are camp grounds. Buck Island is a nice camp site.

Find the caretaker at the Springs. I think it's Brian right now. If you stay at the main camp site it's $20 per vehicle for 3 nights. If you stay away from the main camp it's $15

Right on thanks. It's still up in the air though, I'm still at work and gota be in super early Monday. Man that must be nice gettin to go up there Monday, I'm not looking forward to work mon since it felt like it was 30 degrees hotter in Fallon

I got off late so we tried to go find bronco canyon instead...fail. So I think I may need a new front axle now......:eek:
