I am a complete noob to the sport of buggy builds. I've been an atv rider, (sand dunes), and have always appreciated buggies. I however have never welded, grinded and have only used a cutting torch like twice. But that's kind of why I've always wanted to create / weld my own buggy, because I know absolutly nothing about it. I'd like to create / weld my own crossover buggy some day, something I can use in the sand and dirt. The dirt part of it doesn't necessarily have to be a crawler, just something that can get me around, nothing too extreme. Like I say, has to be able to handle sand and dirt. Here's where the people on this forum can help me. I've been looking into local comunity colleges that have tube and welding classes, I figure this is a good place to start, any other suggestions? thanks.
