Supermod was the biggest class in Cal Rocs last year, The Championship actually came down to the last obsticle this year.Tim and Dustin Emmick and Aaron Whitehead were both gunnin for us.We won 3 out of 4 events,but because of points breakdown,with us taking 5th in the one we didn't win made it CLOSE.Mostly I think that everyone runs their mouths , but what it really comes down to is that we go to Cal Rocs to have fun and gain seat time.....and that's exactly what happens

I'm just sayin',It will be easier to talk the little misses into a "FAMILY" hobby.Tons of families have 5 seat sand rails.I'm also saying that a single seat competition only buggy isn't for the average JOE.The average Joe wants to take his buggy out and wheel and camp,hell maybe he wants to throw a rack on it and use it for hunting season.If you can justify more than one reason to have one then more people will buy them and more people will compete and so on and so forth.

It seems to me like the comp. scene is slowly slipping away.My thought is that we haven't opened up the market enough.We need to explore new avenues and reach a bigger population.Our "Rockcrawlers" are capable of entering many other markets.

Ouch :Crying: It was actually more of a business stand point for us.I also believe that the future of our sport depends on the success of the aftermarket world (which happens to include my company) I do not understand how so many people will buy a Sand Rail when Rock Racers have 4WD and go fast as well as conquer mountains and boulder fields.I think that a 4-seater will not be competitive in any of your classes,but we are going to do it any way.We ordered our 37" Sticky Goodyear's today and will be in Oroville to compete with our peers.I don't think there is a huge chance that we will have my 4 seater done anyway,but when it is done I plan on competing in the ProMod class as well.See Ya in Oroville!

Yes a plateful to say the least.I've looked at the schedule and there aren't very many conflicts.TTC and Octanefest conflict We don't have a clear NOR Cal rock racing schedule yet....I'm pretty confident We will do the whole Cal Rocs series with Derek driving and Joe the Toe spotting and we will do the We Rock series with Derek Driving and me (Lisa trent) spotting.We will do various BITD,VORRA,and SCORE races but probably will not commit to any series.
