Hey, whats the best bet for me as far as hotels go for these events?? Last year we drove back to Reno friday and Saturday nights. This year I might have to take the trailer with me, which would suck in downtown for parking...

How far is Fernley from the ranch?? I have stayed at the best western there 3 times now for older calrocs events and prorock events that were in fernley.... Is it about the same distance? I know they used to have plenty of parking, cheap rates, and a bar in the parking lot...can't go wrong;)

What ya think?

theres a place in sparks right off I-80 on the vista exit that has enough room on the street to park a trailer no problem. I can get the name if you'd like.

Funny wix that is how I feel about Reno...They are finishing a brand new place right off the first exit. AS far as the rest they are okay, although I dont think they are any cheaper than Reno/sparks. And when and where did they have events out here????

Its been years, but they held three events at the race track south of town.

I know Fernly isn't exactly the nicest place in town... I am not planning on raising my family there.... just staying in a cheap hotel for the weekend.

Which is closer to Exit 28?? Fernly or Sparks?

I would stay either at GSR, or Nugget. The first place is this one Brian.....It would be the closest...

Please do..... The cheaper the place the better. Last year we stayed at the Western Village, but i left the trailer and rig at the event site, This year I don't want to count on someone else watching my junk for me, and I don't remember Western Village having enough parking for my Dodge, let alone my trailer:(

I need to sack up and buy a fawkin rv or trailer......but I am too poor for that shit too:complain:

Maybe I can talk the wife and sister-in-law into tent camping:clap::Big Grin:

it's about equal distance, not sure about it being cheaper but i'm sure they'll cut a deal since there isn't a whole lot of people stayin here lately.

Fernly is a shitpile.

I think Fernley is not so far if you have a good and fast transportation. :Big Grin: I think they have a good services in that place. :D
